If the technology is there to make a electric engine that recharges its self with no plugs why isn’t it out? How come if the hydrogen fuel cell is a reality we don’t have access to it? Or do we?

that`s because oil companies buy these technologies from inventors and then decide what`s good for the company and not for the people or the environment………………………….
The perpetual motion engine defies the law of physics so you will never see one in this universe. Hydrogen fuel cells are a reality but who can afford to pay $200,000 for NASA inspired tech in a car? Until the free market gears-up to produce hydrogen fueled cars and the energy companies gear-up to provide a fueling network these things will remain in the research labs. Besides, at present it takes more energy to produce hydrogen than it does to simply buy gasoline.
